Flowers Destroy - Hawks Listen
Hot off the presses, Flowers Destroy are a new Wascovich-helmed group that is a bit more melodically inclined and song-oriented than most previous work. Not that it’s indie pop or anything, this is still vaguely rock in a post- post- something something way, ably abetted by the twin guitars of Doug Gillard and Norman Westberg, fine foils for. Wasco’s gritty, urban surrealism. All backed up rhythmically by Jonny Bell & Raul Morales. Art by Aleksandra Waliszewska.
